Our Experience |
Capital Health Care has been conducting health and wellbeing programmes workplace since 1996. We are extremely experienced, our reports and advise to your staff are immediate. Capital Health Care utilises an online booking system to make life easier for your HR team. The system also reminds employees that their appointment is due. Your team will also receive a username and password so you can monitor the progress of appointments.

Health management programs run from the workplace have been shown to be a highly effective place to implement and initiate health and fitness programs. Our programmes have proven high participation rates of over 65% from the first year. With achievable targets and adherence to program initiatives we can keep you employees on track.
