To cancel
Your booking email and reminder email (send out 24 hours prior to your appointment) contains a link at the bottom off the page to cancel your appointment. (see photo below) or in you can't find the booking link search donotreply@gobookings.com in your inbox.

To reschedule
Your Human Resources Team would have sent the booking system link directly to all employees or the booking link can be found on your internal network.
