| Exercise
and health programs can be designed to develop one or more aspects
of physical fitness, eg. fitness for Cardiovascular (Heart/Lung)
Efficiency, for Strength, Speed, Flexibility, Muscle Endurance,
Power, Agility and Balance. The most important will depend on the
need of the individual and the needs of your organisation.
Heart attack and stroke cause most deaths
in Australia with over 1,000 people dying every week, and thousands
more affected. One in five of these deaths are people below the
age of seventy. Basic testing such as blood pressure, cholesterol
and diabetes testing can and has saved many lives, if you require
references from organisations please call.
Employees make up a vital part of your workplace
for this reason it makes good sense to care and educate your staff
in health management.
Prevention is always better and cheaper than
a cure.
